Terms and Conditions

 

  • Sellers should reserve a space at least 48 hours before the event by calling the Wallace Room and leaving a message (757) 410-7152 or by contacting us via email at  nchs.wallaceroom@gmail.com
     

  • A $20 donation per seller vehicle (cash only please) will be requested upon arrival at the event.
     

  • Sellers are allotted 2 adjacent parking spaces per vehicle. 
     

  • Vehicle spaces are assigned on the day of the event on a first come, first served basis. 
     

  • Sellers are responsible for bringing their own chairs, tables, tarps or any other setup items that can fit within the 2-space allotment. 
     

  • No trailers allowed.  
     

  • No selling of firearms, beverages, food or animals. 
     

  • Sellers must be set up and ready for sales by 8:30 a.m. For pedestrian safety, no seller vehicles will be admitted after 8:30 a.m.
     

  • Sellers must remove all unsold items and refuse by 2:00 p.m.
     

  • Sellers are solely responsible for their own vehicle and items at all times. NCHSC is not liable for any lost or stolen items. 
     

  • To leave before 1:30 p.m., sellers must request permission to exit and be escorted by an NCHSC volunteer for pedestrian safety. 
     

  • No rain date.  If inclement weather is forecasted, call the Wallace History Room number at (757) 410-7152 for a recorded message.
